The annual vma awards were being held this year in New York (September 13th). This year the VMA’'s were host again by Russel Brand . The show was being kicked off with a Michael Jackson performance by sister Janet.
a couple of the nights Performances were Beyonce knowles, Pink,Lady gaga , Pitbull ,Taylor Swift and Alicia Keys.

Clearly the head theme of the evening was glitter. The VMA’'s are always a good occasion to go all glam. Short strapless and low cut dresses are just an example. Also you could clearly see why the LBD is a every woman’s must.
Lady Gaga.
The newest dance queen took home the award of best new artist and best speical effects of papparazi. Although i do like her music ,I'm not a big fan of her style. Yes its outrageous, but i calls for attention for all the wrong reason. Nevertheless she fully deserved this award and her sense of style is great for the music video’s.
Beyonce Knowles,proud winner of the Video of the year,best editing and best choreography. Beyonce wore a sexy red mini dress that definetly belongs on the vma’s.
Jennifer Lopez & Tailor Swift
I personally think Jenifer's outfit was too much. I would change the shoes and loose the lose hanging arms and instead throw on a jacket to not bare it all and changed the shoes ( even though they were absolutely fabulous )
tailor was sparkling in silver in a shirt mini dress.She looked great although I'd i loose the bright lipstick !

She won the award of best female video and she might be interrupted by kanye west hat evening, needless to say she look absolutely stunning ! I so like this! dress
It is classy and make her look very sophisticated and glamorous.
i thought this was a look that almost deserved to be worn somewhere else then the VMA’'s because it was so very chic.

a glittery mini dress worn by Kristin Cavallari. i though Ashley made a interesting choice by combining these two elements and wearing it as one piece.

I love the concept of this dress . It does not give great cover but this is a dress perfect for an event like this.Edgy and sexy that is !

I though this was a very beautiful fun flirty dress. The thing i absolutely dislike are the shoes worn with it. I feel there are two different elements that are not complimenting each other worn together.

shakira and pink got quit the surprise when both of them decided to go with balmain that evening. luckily that had a good laugh about it,they should of called me to style them !

This was another one of my favorite dress and look of the evening ! Stephanie looked so bright and shining as a star in his dress. the nude color fits her skin tone perfectly and with her blond long hair its gives extra glamour. It is sexy without necessarily have to show a décolleté. She was stunning !
Alicia Keys and alexa Chung
Wear one printed dress , keep everything else simple. They fully understood that.

Very chic in simple black with a dash of color in her clutch. Loved this timeless but very modern sexy dress !

i was absolutely shocked when i saw cassie new hair for the first time. she is such a beautiful young woman but clearly she lost her mind. I say weave it cassie !Not only is it a bad hairdo, i don't like the dress neither. it is a interesting print but i don't think the way the dress is cut that it is very flattering or sexy.
