Contrasting Fabrics

 

Thankfully the time of mix and matching is over. Actually to mix and not match you end up matching.

Don’'t be afraid to mix different colors,prints and …fabrics. For instance a printed cardigan has that warm soft feeling to it,this would go great with leather such as a leather skirt or pants. To mix these two together you create a whole new look and feeling. Same goes for denim . A denim jacket has that casual relaxed feeling, mix this with some beige/tan high waisted trousers/pants to create a unique look. Throw in a faux fur gilet or a bright scarf , switch up the leggings and bring over the knee socks back.

With different fabrics and textures you can create unique new looks. Remember fashion is fun ! its about going with the unexpected , the different to really rock and have fun with it !
